The product range includes four major series: baby comfort toys, holiday-themed gifts, corporate IP custom products and home decoration ornaments. We adopt food-grade short plush and environmentally friendly PP cotton as raw materials, which have passed EU CE and US ASTM certifications. In terms of craftsmanship, we integrate automatic cutting with manual fine sewing, supporting 3D three-dimensional modeling and personalized processes such as embroidery and heat transfer printing. We can quickly respond to small-batch custom orders with a delivery cycle shortened to 7-15 days. The quality assurance system runs through the entire production process: raw materials undergo 12 index tests including formaldehyde and fluorescent agents before warehousing; 6 quality inspection checkpoints are set up during production; and sampling destructive tests are carried out on finished products before delivery. This ensures that products are odorless, non-shedding, tear-resistant, and meet the safety standards for infants aged 0-3. Free Basic Design Consultation: Provide professional advice on product functions, appearance design, and AI interaction logic based on customer needs, and deliver 3 initial design sketches combined with market trends. Customized Design & Development: Support end-to-end design from scratch, including 3D modeling, AI program logic adaptation, fabric selection, and optimize design details according to customer brand tone and target audience (children/adults/gift market). The design cycle is 7-14 working days. Design Revision: 3 free revisions are provided for the first draft. A small service fee will be charged for additional revisions based on design complexity to ensure the final plan meets customer expectations.
